Johnny
Halfway into putting our second edition together, we realised that four of our subjects happened to be called Johnny (including one woman). We hadn’t come up with a name for the edition, and it would have just been weird not to call it “Johnny”. The cover photo is that of a friend’s parents at a wedding in Baghdad. We were visiting her in London and found it on a pinboard and asked for permission to use it. We found a vintage wallpaper in a warehouse somewhere, and made it the cover background.
